Features

4-station rotary table machine.
The application can process multiple products thanks to Positioning kits designed specifically for each product.
A Scara Robot applies the thermal paste on the heat sink and then pre-assembles the piece on the electronic board.
A controlled loading system directs the insertion of the rivets according to the configuration of the product processed by the machine.
Then a double mold (hot and cold) heats and molds the rivet for fixing the heat sink on the electronic board.
A final test consisting of a vision with a smart camera and absorption control checks the correct lighting of the LEDs.
