Our rotary table applications can be automatic or semi-automatic according to customer needs. For automatic tables, we have linear and circular vibrating feed units, while for automatic seeds the load station is protected by optical barriers or mobile doors.
The asynchronous pallet line solution makes it possible to assemble products made up of numerous details by independently transferring the positions on which the different components are positioned in sequence and carrying out the required operations.
For a wide and articulated or complex manipulation of any particular we can integrate in scara or anthropomorphic robot applications, programmed to perform operations such as welding, palletizing or integral parts of a production process.

The lines we make can integrate different controls or tests such as: leakage and flow tests, rigidity and continuity tests and other electrical parameters, dimensional checks and non-destructive tests.
Our applications can also perform mechanical operations such as riveting, abutment or orbital, for example for the insertion of rivets, clutches for joining two or more sheets by means of a cold plastic deformation of the same and edging.
For special checks, we provide vision systems with advanced or smart-camera controllers based on the control to be performed. These systems can perform controls and operations of various kinds such as component presence, dimensional checks, quality controls and robot guidance.
Among the cutting-edge technologies used on our machines is also the laser. This is used to perform fine and accurate cutting operations of material such as plastic or, thanks to special systems, for marking the identification of products.
The welding process can be carried out with different technologies: ultrasound, braze welding, projection, induction according to process requirements.
The screwing operations applied on our systems are performed in torque / angle control and height; this ensures precision and reliability in the screwing and unscrewing process in phase.
We realize force / displacement controlled planting systems with centesimal precision. The integration of a visualization software allows to monitor in real time the curves elaborated by the system.
The manipulation of the details on our tables and linear transfers is done through pneumatic manipulators of our production or with electric axes for greater precision and speed during handling.
In particular applications the use of mixers and injectors of putty, grease, oil, mono and two-component glue, even when hot, allows us to easily perform even the most critical assembly operations.
